Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2 years post high school education with agricultural major.
• Prefer 4+ years livestock experience and 2 years supervisory.
• Prefer 1 year agriculture swine experience and 1 year supervisory with 2 years post HS agricultural education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train employees to follow production protocols.
• Monitor production, efficiency, and inventory of swine inputs.
• Oversee feed inventory, ordering, and general farm supplies.
• Coordinate financial reporting and budget adherence.
• Recruit, interview, and retain farm staff in collaboration with HR.
