Herbruck's is seeking a Production Supervisor II for our Chickery in Ionia, MI. This full‑time, hourly role leads the production team in a demanding farm environment, ensuring safety, productivity and continuous improvement.

The supervisor coordinates cross-functional tasks, manages performance reviews, and supports training initiatives. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience, and be able to work weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production supervision.
• Leadership courses completed in LMS (if applicable).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop departmental goals aligned with company strategy.
• Provide insights to upper management for improvements.
• Ensure safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Organize workflow and clarify duties; hold regular team meetings.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching to meet performance expectations.
