Rural King is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right products across agricultural, power equipment, farm, lawn and garden, tools, and home essentials. You will provide knowledgeable sales support, demonstrate products, and process transactions to enhance the shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, agricultural, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture-related education or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, applications, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Provide product information, explain features and benefits, and conduct demonstrations when needed.
• Build customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to support sales goals and promote store offers and loyalty programs.
