A strong emphasis is placed on safety, biosecurity, and timely execution of duties. The job requires at least 12 months of continuous work history with one employer and a clean employment gap history, plus willingness to obtain respirator certification.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in past 36 months.
• If laid off or providing child/elder care, gap increases to 18 months.
• Full-time students last 36 months not counted as work history.

Responsibilities

• Controls rodent, bird, and insect activity by replacing used bait with fresh bait and recording activity.
• Run mower, weed eater, and brush hog to maintain the farm.
• Safely operate a feed truck and/or propane truck.
