Placements24 is seeking a dependable Farm Operations Supervisor for a mixed farming operation. You will lead a team of farm workers, oversee daily planting, cultivation, harvest, and animal husbandry tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

You will supervise machinery maintenance, irrigation and pest control programs, and coordinate inventory of feeds and supplies while maintaining high standards of health and safety across the farm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in general farm operations or supervisory role in agriculture.
• Broad knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management practices.
• Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on farm machinery.
• Good communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Basic understanding of farm safety procedures.
