Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual farm operating plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of crop production, from land preparation and planting to harvesting and storage.
• Oversee livestock operations, ensuring animal welfare, health, and optimal breeding programs.
• Manage farm staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure the maintenance and efficient operation of all farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the farm.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Requirements
