Qualifications

• Proficiency in farm management software and standard office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm machinery.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established diversified agricultural operation near Welkom, Free State , is seeking a highly capable and experienced Farm Manager. This critical role involves overseeing the daily operations of a mixed farm, encompassing crop cultivation, livestock management, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of agronomy, animal husbandry, and efficient resource management. They will be responsible for leading a team of farm workers, ensuring productivity, and upholding high standards of animal welfare and crop quality.
