High Desert Harvest Farm in Northern Nevada’s Carson Valley is seeking a motivated and experienced farmer to join as Farm Manager or Farm Manager in Training. The role offers a path to lead day-to-day operations and guide production across vegetables, fruit, herbs, greenhouse, and poultry.

You will work closely with the owner, Chuck Schembre, to implement regenerative practices, improve efficiency, and build a resilient, economically sustainable farm business.

High Desert Harvest is seeking a motivated, experienced, and passionate farmer to join our team as a Farm Manager or Farm Manager in Training. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in regenerative agriculture, develop their farm management skills, and take on a leadership role in a growing, diversified farm operation in Northern Nevada's beautiful Carson Valley.

The selected candidate will work directly alongside the owner, Chuck Schembre, an experienced regenerative farmer and professional agronomist, learning the farm's production systems and gradually assuming responsibility for day-to-day operations. The position involves managing diverse vegetable, fruit, herb, greenhouse, and poultry production, while helping build an efficient, productive, and economically sustainable farming business.
