You will work with a team or alone, with overtime as required, while adhering to safety protocols. Key requirements include a background in farm equipment repair, carpentry, or electrical work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Background in repairing farm equipment, carpentry, and/or electrical work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Above average reading and writing skills.
• Work in a cold, wet, humid, hot and/or dusty environment.
• Work with heights in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain farm/barn facilities and equipment.
• Perform general troubleshooting, repairs, and welding; conduct preventative maintenance across area farms.
• Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
