You will deliver outstanding service, engage customers to understand their needs and budget, assist with in-store demos, and support store goals through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining the sales floor and following company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of farm equipment, tools, and home essentials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding power equipment and home products.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Keep shelves stocked and the showroom clean, rotating displays per merchandising guidelines.
• Process orders, manage returns, and operate the POS system.
• Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business.
