Qualifications

• Essential: high school diploma; knowledge of agriculture or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably retail.
• Deep knowledge and passion for agriculture, farm equipment, tools, and home essentials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle inquiries.
• Results-driven with focus on sales targets and revenue growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer demands.
• Basic computer skills for POS transactions and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find power equipment and home essentials.
• Engage customers to understand needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Assist with retail financing processes and ensure requirements are met for purchases.
• Manage ordering of power equipment for stock and customer orders.
• Assist with receiving, moving, and displaying products.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to maintain displays and signage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specs as needed.
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and participate in training.
