Rural King is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers with agricultural and household needs, offering expert product knowledge on power equipment, live animals, heating, fencing, and home essentials.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, engage customers to understand needs, upsell where appropriate, handle orders, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with power equipment and home essentials.
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed.
