Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of retail sales experience with high-quality customer service.
• Knowledgeable about products related to agriculture, livestock, and home/garden is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Assist customers with locating items and provide product recommendations.
• Discuss customers’ project needs and suggest companion products or services.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and signage; stock, face, and label products.
• Handle customer inquiries, order statuses, and arrange for pickup or delivery as needed.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and follow facility procedures.
