You will help drive sales aligned with company strategy and market needs. The role emphasizes marketing awareness, customer management, and strategic insight to expand market reach while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, agriculture, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in the grain, livestock feed, and/or ethanol industry.
• Strong knowledge of commodities markets and trends.
• Strong understanding of the grain merchandising process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of learning new software.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell wet co-products with focus on direct farmer purchases.
• Manage physical and sales position of assigned wet co-products.
• Conduct regular market research on industry trends, competitors, and price fluctuations.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding product quality, delivery, or contracts.
• Develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts and report on performance to management.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase visibility and attract new customers.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach and value.
