Joseph Gallo Farms seeks a Farming Analyst to support the financial and operational performance of the farming division. You will analyze production, yield, labor, and costs, and help with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP including accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
• Proficient Excel skills for organizing, reconciling, and analyzing data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, yield, revenue, and operating costs to identify trends and variances.
• Maintain integrity of financial, operational, and compliance information for farming operations.
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Oversee farming-related financial administration activities: vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and records.
• Assist in monthly/annual closing activities and asset management within farming.
