Job description

A Farm Family Territory Leader is responsible for driving profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. The role involves engaging in sales, service, and risk management activities to achieve profitability and growth goals, while providing technical and procedural advice to appointed distribution partners.

This role will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines of business insurance through select distribution partners, driving profit and premium to meet financial objectives. The role also partners with the Annuity Distribution team to achieve annuity production targets with the territory.

In partnership with the Regional Field Executive, P&C Distribution Territory Leader recommends product, pricing, marketing plans, and is the liaison for distribution partner experience to support achieving the goals of the territory.
