Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas.
• Review BEO prior to each event and understand timelines and event needs.
• Ensure safety of storage areas by transporting equipment properly.
• Assist in moving tables and chairs as assigned.
• Inform supervisor of problems or complaints.
• Handle equipment (china, glass, silver, linen) and store after use.
• Work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
