Job summary

Cape Resorts Group is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to assist guests with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, provide menus, and help with taking and ordering service. You will report in proper uniform and help maintain inventory and cleanliness at the beach area.

The role requires 1–2 years in public contact and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with training sessions and adherence to hotel rules. This is an on-site position at Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
• Provide menus and help take orders.
• Ensure proper uniform is worn at all times.
• Maintain towels and chairs inventory.
• Keep beach area free of debris.
• Complete closing procedures and laundry drop-offs.
• Store umbrellas and chairs securely.
