• Test and replace electrical components.
• Tune or overhaul engines.
• Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• This job is spent primarily in the shop.
• Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning & other related Farm Equipment Mechanic activities as per SOC/OES 49-3041 (onetonline.org).
• Possible weekend/holiday work.
• The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.

Requirements

• Experience wanted: 3 months
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.
• Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 75lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.
