Job summary

Haverkamp Farm Management in Iowa is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to oversee shop operations, welding, fabrication, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, engine work, tire service, and related tasks.

You will track and schedule equipment maintenance, operate heavy farm machinery, manage inventory of tools and spare parts, and budget for maintenance expenses while tracking downtime and repair costs.

• Monthly equipment maintenance tracker
• Semi-annual upgrade recommendations Dec 1 – July 1
• Quarterly budget review for equipment maintenance
