• Budget maintenance expenses and track downtime and repair costs.
• Evaluate equipment upgrades based on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Monthly equipment maintenance tracker
• Semi-annual upgrade recommendations Dec 1 - July 1
• Quarterly budget review for equipment maintenance
