Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in agricultural sales.
• 2+ years in energy sales preferred.
• CES certification or equivalent required or attainable.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive; CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement encouraged.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute energy sales strategies for agronomy customers.
• Provide unmatched customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with prospects.
• Coordinate with Energy Sales Manager and Operations for timely service.
• Meet personal and company-wide sales goals and provide reports as needed.
