Job summary

NEW Cooperative in Iowa seeks a location associate to provide agronomy and grain-related customer services, including loading products, unloading grain, and operating equipment in a safety‑minded environment. You will support various location operations and interact with customers to meet their needs.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s License preferred/required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Seasonal workload requires flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading products based on work orders.
• Unload/load grain from trucks and wagons.
• Fill and transport NH3 equipment; operate agricultural application gear as needed.
• Operate a semi-truck during off-season or as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment.
