L&M Fleet Supply - Ashland Store is seeking a Department Head for the Farm Department. This full-time role keeps the farm area clean, stocked, and easy for customers to shop, and provides guidance to sales clerks within the department.

Ideal candidates have experience or knowledge with farm products, plus strong retail sales and customer service skills. The position offers a flexible schedule, every other weekend rotation, and a targeted pay range of $15-$18 per hour.
