Job summary

CWT Farms in Corinth, Mississippi seeks a Supervisory Farm Clean-Out Lead to direct and monitor daily clean-up across depleted farms. You will drive crews, operate and setup machinery, and ensure sanitation chemicals are properly used for safe, efficient cleanup.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a health physical, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Poultry experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a physical to receive Health Card.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.
• Poultry experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of machinery teardown and setup.
• Basic chemical understanding is a strong plus.
• 2 years of clean-out crew experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive crews to farms to start clean-up and lead operations.
• Operate and set up/teardown machinery for cleanup shifts.
• Manage crew time to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Ensure proper chemicals are used for sanitation.
• Inventory vehicles, machinery, and chemicals.
• File reports to managers with depletion data.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments as needed.
