Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Sciences, Poultry Sciences, Animal Sciences, or Ag Business preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; animal agriculture exposure preferred
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to travel 10% for company events, team meetings and other business needs
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations including egg production and animal welfare.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on actions to improve production.
• Monitor environmental conditions and adjust equipment settings as directed.
• Maintain audit readiness and complete required paperwork weekly.
• Enter data into reporting software and track pasture management.
