Pediatric Partners, a part of Sevita, is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to welcome patients and families, handle phones, schedule appointments, and support HIPAA-compliant office operations in a medical setting.
This full-time role offers a Monday-Thursday 10:15 am-6 pm and Friday 7 am-5 pm schedule, $18-$20 hourly, and comprehensive benefits while contributing to high-quality, compassionate care.
Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:15 am- 6 pm and Friday 7 am-5 pm
Hourly range: $18-$20 (depending on office-setting experience)
As part of Administrative Services, you’ll play an important role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for patients and families. You will combine exceptional customer service, administrative support, and organizational skills to help ensure a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care.
