Job summary

Industrial Automation is seeking a Robotics Engineer specialized in FANUC Machine Vision to join the engineering team. You will support robotics and machine vision projects, troubleshoot systems, and provide practical automation solutions to customers.

Travel up to 50% across North America is expected; initial training will precede independent work. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in robotics or automation, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in robotics, automation, controls, or a related engineering field.
Willingness to travel ~50% across North America (US, Canada, Mexico).
Strong learning aptitude and problem-solving independence.
Hands-on mechanical aptitude with industrial automation systems.
Customer-facing communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Program, troubleshoot, and support industrial robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
Assist with machine vision integration, robotic applications, and automation solutions.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities at customer facilities.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams across robotics, programming, paint, and manufacturing environments.
Provide technical support and diagnose issues with customers.
