Gabletek Robotics and Controls Solutions seeks an experienced FANUC Robot Programmer to develop and test robot applications at our South Carolina facility through November, then travel to Texas for final installation and startup.

The role requires strong KAREL programming, TP scripting, and the ability to work across controls engineers, PLC programmers, and manufacturing teams on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FANUC robot programming experience in industrial automation.
• Strong experience programming with FANUC KAREL.
• Experience with FANUC Teach Pendant programming.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at client sites in SC and TX.

Responsabilités

• Develop and modify FANUC robot programs using Teach Pendant (TP) and KAREL.
• Design and implement custom KAREL applications to extend robot functionality.
• Program robotic applications from concept through startup and commissioning.
• Integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, barcode scanners, and RFID readers.
• Configure and troubleshoot robot communications (EtherNet/IP, TCP/IP, PROFINET, Serial).
• Support startup, commissioning, debugging, and optimization at customer sites.
• Document programming changes and commissioning activities.
