Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Sales Associate in Clarksville to deliver outstanding customer service and help fans get the merch they love. You’ll stock, merchandise, and assist with transactions, while sharing your fandom knowledge to enhance the in-store experience.

You’ll collaborate with the team to keep the store visually appealing and organized, support planogram changes, and help drive add-on sales and customer satisfaction. A passion for pop culture is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, fandom-driven store.
• Willing to be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive repeat visits.
• Maintain visual standards in assigned store areas.
• Process sales transactions and promote add-ons like BOPIS/curbside pickup.
• Share product knowledge with customers and HQ partners.
• Maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with store team to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Leader.
