Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to enhance the fan shopping experience both on the floor and at the register. You will greet fans, make product recommendations, and help ensure a top-notch, brand-consistent shopping experience during home games and events.

The role requires flexible scheduling, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling merchandise and POS duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move across shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and guide them to products and promotions.
• Make recommendations based on conversations and observations.
• Execute transactions using the Fanatics POS system and maintain accurate records.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
