Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to create a fun environment for fans and teammates while delivering world-class service through our Star Service model. You will educate customers on products and promotions and promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer) and lift 30lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Deliver world-class customer experience through the Star Service model, every customer, every time.
• Educate customers on products and campaigns and promote to shoppers.
• Upsell and influence purchases, including Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, cash wrap and fitting rooms for a safe, inviting environment.
• Balance exceptional customer service with necessary operational tasks and cash handling.
