Buffalo Sabres in Rochester, NY seeks a Business Operations Intern to support multiple departments during the 2026-2027 season. Reporting to the Director of Game Presentation, the role blends gameday duties with office projects to enhance the fan experience.

This hands-on internship covers Ticket Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Public & Community Relations, Game Presentation & Operations, and Creative Services, with opportunities to engage fans, assist with promotions, and

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pursuing a college degree – Associates/Bachelors/Masters.
• Attendance at all home games and events for the season.
• Ability to work office hours Monday through Friday as needed; nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the implementation and execution of all in-arena game presentation activities for the Rochester Americans including promotions on and off the ice, anthems, color guard, pre- and post-game ceremonies, intermission entertainment, handouts, and mascot duties.
• Serve as Amerks ambassadors at all home games.
• Engage fans by participating in in-game entertainment and interacting with guests of all ages.
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they exit the arena.
• Collaborate with a team to execute game day elements of Game Presentation strategies and promotions.
• Participate in pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties to complete tasks.
• Support other departments with game-day initiatives as assigned.
