Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) is seeking a part-time F&B Attendant for Honda Center to provide excellent guest experiences during arena events. You’ll take orders, handle POS transactions, and support food and beverage service across concession stands and portable locations.

The role requires 18+ years of age, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment where guest satisfaction is the goal.
• Works well with others; maintains relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Accurately assist guests with POS system at concessions stands.
• Expedite guest food orders in a timely manner.
• Stock product and set up condiment stations and POS areas.
• Set up and breakdown stations; maintain sanitation and food safety.
