Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) is seeking a part-time F&B Attendant to join the Honda Center team in Anaheim. This event-based role supports guest service, takes orders, and ensures smooth operation at concessions stands throughout events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, using the POS system, stocking and setting up stations, handling alcohol responsibly, and maintaining sanitation standards in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Education - Less Than High School
• Experience Required - 0-1 Year
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced arena environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Accurately assist guests with POS system at concessions stands
• Expedite guest food orders in a timely manner
• Stock products, set up condiment stations, cashier and POS stations
• Complete station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Partner with team members to ensure food and beverage quality
• Assist in preparation of food items
• Check concessions equipment for proper use
• Understand and execute responsible alcohol service
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Navigate arena and assist guests as needed
• Support other Food & Beverage departments as required
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or managers
