Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Fan Experience Representative to deliver exceptional guest services and act as an ambassador to fans at our venues. You will be trained to assist as an usher, ticket taker, and elevator operator, with a foundational understanding of crowd management for safety across all SS&E franchises.

Ideal candidates stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and are available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Must live in or relocate to the San Antonio, TX area.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Understanding of venue flow and guest service standards in a high-capacity arena.

Responsibilities

• Remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.
• Respond to emergency protocols and guest evacuations or shelter-in-place directives.
• Provide direct guest services.
• Be knowledgeable about venues, events, and SS&E to deliver the best fan experience.
• Monitor assigned areas for safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Follow event procedures for guest entry, seating, and access control.
• Maintain professionalism with high-profile clients and talent.
• Report safety, security, or medical concerns promptly.
• Communicate clearly to guests and staff.
• Participate in pre-event briefings and ADA-related requests with urgency and empathy.
