Job summary

You will source content, create short form videos, craft captions, and manage the content calendar while posting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate is fluent in current trends, understands internet culture, and can edit short form video using CapCut or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing social content.
• Fluent in trends and pop culture moments as they happen.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and how online communities talk.
• Comfortable editing short form video in CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing content from across the internet (clips, photos, interviews, moments).
• Creating short form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Writing captions that fit each community’s voice.
• Building and maintaining the content calendar.
• Scheduling and posting consistently across platforms.
• Tracking trends and sounds worth jumping on.
