Job summary

Our client, a manufacturer in agricultural equipment, is seeking a hands-on Fan Assembly Technician to join their Operations team onsite. You will fabricate, assemble, and package fan units across multiple work centers, helping keep production running smoothly and to spec.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for the full shift, and working Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A forklift license and basic math/paperwork skills are needed; the team embraces safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license.
• Able to read English and perform basic math.
• Able to accurately complete required paperwork.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and package fan units across work centers.
• Follow methods, safety protocols, and quality standards on every job.
• Complete timecards, production cards, parts tags, and scrap reports.
• Verify parts meet quality standards and count accurately for packaging tasks.
• Set up assigned jobs and move parts as needed.
