Job summary

Bethanna is seeking a Family Coach to provide supervised visitation for families in foster care, using the Marty Beyer coaching model. You will support parents, conduct intake, oversee schedules, and document visits across Bucks and Montgomery counties.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (social work preferred) and experience in child welfare or counseling. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required; evenings are frequently necessary. Bethanna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in the field of social work preferred; other degrees combined with relevant social services experienced may be considered.
• Experience in child welfare or a counseling setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised visitation in foster care placements and support families during visits.
• Conduct intake meetings with assigned families and oversee visitation schedules.
• Coach parents during visits, model appropriate interactions, and provide parenting education as needed.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with the provider agency worker.
• Travel to visits throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties using own vehicle, with a flexible evening schedule.
