Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Colorado CW certification within three months, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a higher education institution with course work related to the job responsibilities of child welfare social caseworker.
• Proof of education and license (if candidate has received one) are required.
• Colorado Child Welfare Caseworker certification required and must be completed within three months of employment.
• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of parent-child interactions to determine need of intervention with the Family Time Program.
• Works collaboratively with parents and children on goal setting for their time together.
• Develops specific treatment planning goals for family/parenting time with the assigned caseworker.
