Job summary

The Willows at Red Oak Recovery in Fletcher, NC is seeking a Family Therapist to support families of clients with substance use, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. The role includes assessment, planning, and family education to empower families toward healthier dynamics.

You will carry a caseload, build relationships with clients and families, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver evidence-based care and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• Currently licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license-eligible.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and experiential therapies.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active assigned caseload.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and families on caseload.
• Complete thorough family assessments and growth plans uploaded to EMR.
• Conduct weekly family education and support calls.
• Provide psycho-educational groups and attend weekly clinical meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical director and primary therapists to ensure outcomes.
• Develop relationships with referring professionals and co-facilitate workshops.
• Facilitate webinars and family education tools.
