The Willows at Red Oak Recovery in Fletcher, NC, is seeking a Family Therapist to join a trauma-informed women’s program addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders. You will educate and support families, perform assessments, plan growth, and provide family education as part of a comprehensive therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads, documenting growth plans in the EMR, and collaborating with therapists and the clinical director to achieve optimum client

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in human service field required.
• Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible.
• Experience facilitating group therapy.
• Experience with experiential therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Carry an active assigned caseload.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and families on caseload.
• Complete thorough family system assessment and document growth plan in EMR.
• Conduct weekly family education and support calls with clients.
• Complete weekly progress notes in EMR.
• Provide psycho-educational groups to clients.
• Attend weekly clinical meetings on campus.
• Collaborate with clinical director and primary therapist for outcomes.
• Develop relationships with referring professionals.
• Co-facilitate multifamily workshops to educate families and build healthy relationships.
• Develop and implement webinars for family education.
• Co-facilitate client graduations when family is present.
• Provide crisis intervention/support to families.
• Facilitate weekly family support calls.
