Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Toledo is seeking a Part Time Family Support Staff member to assist families during visitations and services, welcome guests, and support overall funeral home operations.

The role rewards compassionate, reliable team players with strong communication and customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license; lifting and other physical duties are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist funeral directors and staff during visitations, funeral services, and memorial gatherings.
• Welcome and guide families and guests throughout the funeral home.
• Help prepare chapels, visitation rooms, vehicles, and service areas.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and assist with transportation-related duties.
• Run business-related errands throughout the Toledo area, including deliveries, supply pickups, and other operational needs.
• Transport flowers, service items, personal belongings, and other materials necessary for services.
• Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide general support to funeral home operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and family-ready facility and grounds.
