Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Muscle Shoals, Alabama seeks a compassionate part-time Family Support Worker to deliver and coordinate services for children and families under an ISP, using the wraparound advocacy model to support well-being.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience, and flexibility including evenings and weekends. Hourly pay is $20, with potential EHR experience and bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Flexible Schedule; evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver services to children and families following the Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
• Implement interventions aligned with the YAP Wraparound advocacy model while maintaining fidelity to program standards.
• Manage caseload of up to six families, providing consistent and personalized support.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor and Program Director to ensure effective service delivery.
• Document all activities and interventions in compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
