Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Early Education, Child Development or related field.
• Or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and families or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular and long-term contact with families, primarily in the home, visits at least one hour.
• Provide strength-based, family-centered interventions to support parent-child relationships and healthy development.
• Assess needs, develop service plans with client input, and refer to community resources as needed.
• Create and maintain participant files and contribute to reports.
