Qualifications

• Be a graduate with 2-3 years of human services or early childhood experience; or an associate/bachelor's degree with 1-2 years experience.
• Read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage families and partners via outreach through health fairs, presentations, and networking.
• Build relationships with families, leaders, and organizations.
• Deliver services through modalities like Circle of Security Parenting and Be Strong Parent Cafés.
• Conduct intake assessments, provide referrals, and deliver support services.
• Document services accurately and ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to align with funder requirements.
• Adapt to program changes and participate in ongoing planning and evaluation.
• Support communications, including face-to-face, online, and print marketing.
