Job summary

Team Inc in Connecticut is seeking a Family Support Specialist to build trusting relationships with families, connect them to resources, and support them through challenges to help them reach their full potential.

You will collaborate with educators, behavioral health staff, disability specialists, and health coordinators, maintain documentation, and participate in family events while promoting a 2-generational approach within an education setting.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Social Work or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year in social services experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; basic computer skills expected.

Full Job DescriptionA TEAM Family Support Specialist builds meaningful relationships with families, including connecting them to resources, supporting them through challenges and assisting them to see and reach their full potential.
