Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services plus at least 3 years working in the Human Services field or a Master’s degree plus 1 years’ experience in Human Services
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Valid driver’s license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate respite services for family members in Strafford County who have a family member with a developmental disability living at home per He-M513
• Work with families and the Human Resource Department in recruitment and hiring of respite providers for their family member with a disability
