Job summary

Help Me Grow Alaska is hiring a Family Support Specialist to provide compassionate, family-centered assistance via the CAP. You will build relationships with resource partners, document interactions, and support families through screening and referrals.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work across statewide programs, with remote/hybrid flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience providing services to families or clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries online and by phone, guiding clients through intake processes.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with staff and community partners.
• Support families in developmental screenings and follow-up actions.
• Identify family needs, research options, and refer to appropriate resources.
• Document client interactions and referrals for data tracking.
