All For Kids in Los Angeles (Wilshire) is seeking a Family Support Counselor to build trusting relationships with families through in-home visits, assessments, and strength-based coaching. Maintain a caseload of 15–20 families, document notes in the database, coordinate referrals, and support goal attainment and healthy child development.

• Performs assessments/screenings for eligibility and risk factors (e.g., depression, domestic violence).
• Provides referrals to community resources and supports family goal setting.

• Maintain caseload of 15-20 families and accurate home visiting records.
• Conduct home visits and screenings to assess eligibility and risk factors.
• Refer families to community resources and support services as needed.
• Build trauma-informed, empathetic relationships with families and partners.
• Document needs and develop individualized service plans within the program.
